By joining Grow Club, you accept and agree to all future contact from Abbott. |

Grow Club membership is non-transferable. |
| 3. |
Application form without original receipt of proof-of-purchase of any Grow® or Grow School® product will not be entertained. Receipts must be within 3 months of purchase. Members shall not hold Abbott or its appointed agency responsible for any loss of receipts |
| 4. |
Grow Club membership will be valid for 1 year from date of issue of membership. |
| 5. |
Our decision on all matters relating to this club shall be at our absolute discretion and shall be final and binding to all Grow Club members. |

We reserve the right to refuse any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and to amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions of Grow Club, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice. |
