Abbott Family Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. By joining Abbott Family Rewards, members accept and agree to all future contact from Abbott Laboratories.


2. Abbott Family Rewards program membership is non-transferable.


3. Abbott Family Rewards members are entitled to points and redemption if they are able to fulfill the stated conditions as stipulated in this program. All points and products are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.


4. Receipts must be submitted within 12 months of purchase. Points will not be accredited if receipts are not original. Members shall not hold Abbott responsible for any loss of receipts. Receipts without date are not valid for points.


5. Abbott Family Rewards points earned within 12 months from date of purchase will expire within 24 months from date of purchase.


6. Abbott Family Rewards members are responsible for updating at 6278 6220 or online at www.abbott.com.sg/family if there is a change in personal particulars. If this is not done, we will not be accountable for any consequences and any loss of benefits or privileges.


7. Our decision on all matters relating to this program shall be at our absolute discretion and shall be final and binding for all Abbott Family Rewards members.


8. We reserve the right to refuse any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and to amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions of the Abbott Family Rewards program, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice.
