Remember to save the original receipt as proof of purchase. Write your name, IC no. and contact no. on the back of your original receipt and mail it back to us.

Once you've collected enough points, you're
ready to redeem them for Abbott products. It's this

Refer to the redemption table to find out
how many points are required to redeem your preferred
product.

Indicate which Abbott product you wish to
redeem, we’ll mail you a voucher which entitles
you to redeem the corresponding product.

Visit our selected retailers and present
the voucher to receive your free Abbott product.
