Glucerna® SR Neopolitanne

Ingredients
- Gelatin 3 sachets
- Hot water 300 ml Water, boiled, cooled
- 600 ml Glucerna® SR™
- 18 scoops Cocoa powder
- 2 tsp Instant coffee powder*
- 1 tsp Alternate sweetener
- 3 tablets / 3 sachets Garnish Dark chocolate shaved (optional)
- 6 slivers
Method
- Mix gelatin into the hot water and stir well until well blended.
- Mix Glucerna® SR™ powder into the water and stir gently until well mixed but, not frothy. Add alternate sweetener if desired.
- Add prepared gelatin into the prepared Glucerna® SR™ and divide into three equal portions.
PORTION 1
Pour into 6 serving bowls and freeze for 30 minutes to set.
PORTION 2
Add cocoa powder, stir well and strain before pouring over portion 1. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
PORTION 3
Add instant coffee powder, stir well and strain before pouring over portion. Freeze for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from freezer, garnish with chocolate shavings and leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve cold.
Note: Use any unsweetened flavoring of your choice to replace the coffee and cocoa.
* Use decaffeinated coffee if preferred.
