What is the Abbott Family Rewards Program?
It is a loyalty scheme designed to reward Abbott customers for their support.
Abbott Family Rewards members can accumulate Rewards points to redeem for more
Abbott products. Rewards Points can be earned with purchase of selected Abbott products
(see table A) at selected retail supermarkets (NTUC FairPrice, FairPrice Xpress, Liberty Market,
Unity, Cold Storage, Shop N Save, Giant, Guardian, Carrefour, Isetan, MEIDI-YA and all pharmacies
in SingHealth and National Healthcare Group Hospitals and Polyclinics).

Who can join and use the Abbott Family Rewards online services?
Any individual can apply to be a member of Abbott Family Rewards Online.
How do I join? How much does it cost?
NO registration fees are required and membership is absolutely free.
Simply register online or pick up an application form from selected Abbott product tins (
for printed application form, please give 4-6 weeks for processing)
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each individual is only allowed 1 account.
What do I need to have to use the Abbott Family Rewards online services?
- A computer with Internet access
- An internet browser - e.g. Internet Explorer version 4 and above OR Netscape Navigator version 4.7 and above
- A valid email account (excluding Chinese email addresses)
What if I have more than one email account?
You may use any email account of your choice for registration as long as it is a valid one.
However, we would highly recommend you use your primary email address (the one you most often check)
to enjoy our online services.
What if I entered an invalid email address during registration?
You may re-enter a valid address in "My Profile" after logging in as a member.
What are the terms and conditions governing the Abbott Family Rewards Program?
You may refer to the Terms and Conditions posted on the web.
Do I have to pay for any fee for using the Abbott Family Rewards online services?
No, all the online services are provided free of charge.

How do I register to be an Abbott Family Rewards member?
You can register online at this website. Click here to proceed to online registration.
How do I log in as a Abbott Family Rewards Member?
If you have signed up online, you would have received an email if the registration was successful. The USERID should be your NRIC (for Singaporeans) or PASSPORT/FIN No. (for non-Singaporeans).
I am unable to log in as I encounter the error message "incorrect password".
What should I do?
Please check that you have entered the correct password in the respective field.
The default password for 1st time log in is your last 4-digits of your NRIC password
(for Singaporeans), or your PASSPORT/FIN number (for non-Singaporeans).
If you have forgotten your password, click here to inform us.
I encounter the error message "Account locked" while trying to log in. What should I do?
Please try again after one minute or call us at 1800 277 6363 for assistance.
Abbott Family Rewards Points
How do I earn Rewards Points?
Rewards Points are earned when you mail in your original receipts of the selected Abbott products (see Table A) that you have purchased.
What if I purchase through the Abbott Family E-Store?
If you have made your purchase online through our Abbott Family E-Store,
your Rewards Points will automatically be credited into your Abbott Family Rewards account.
You do not need to send us your receipts.
How do I know how many points I have earned and spent?
Login for online services now and you can check your points-earning activities and redemption records.
What if the Rewards Points Statement report is incorrect?

When do my Rewards Points expire?
Your Rewards Points expire 2 years from the date of issue, on a first-in-first-out basis.
How long are receipts valid for?
Receipts must be submitted within 12 months of purchase for earning points.

I sent my receipts 2 weeks ago, however, my points don't seem to be updated.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If your Rewards Points are not clocked in, please call 1800 277 6363.
If I have lost my receipts but I have photocopy receipts, can I still submit them to earn points?
We are unable to accept photocopies as we require original receipts for audit purposes.
Why can't I earn points for 0-6 months formula?
To promote breastfeeding, the Ministry of Health established the Sale of Infant Foods Ethics Committee, Singapore (SIFECS) to regulate the marketing and distribution of infant formula products sold in Singapore.
The infant food industry and healthcare professionals need to adhere to the code of ethics which
recommends that babies should be breastfed for the first 6 months. Hence, infant formulas for below 6 months cannot be part of any promotion or Rewards program.
What is the commencing date for receipts to earn points?
For pediatric nutrition products, receipts from 2 June 2004 onwards are valid for earning points. For adult nutrition products, receipts from 18 January 2006 onwards are valid for earning points.
If I sign up today and I have receipts since 2/6/04, will those receipts be valid for earning points?
Yes. As long as the receipts are for pediatric nutrition products dated from 2 June 2004 onwards and
are from participating retailers, they are valid for earning points. For adult nutrition products, only receipts dated from
18 January 2006 onwards and are from participating retailers are valid for earning points.
I have a very long list of groceries on my receipt; can I cut away the portions that matter only?
Please DO NOT cut the receipt as we need to verify the date of purchase and name of the retailer to ensure that the receipt
is eligible for earning points. In addition, we require the whole receipt for audit purposes.
I would like to participate in a lucky draw with my receipt, can I submit my receipt and have you return them to me after you have credited my points?
We need to retain the original receipts for audit purposes. You might wish to photocopy the receipt and submit the photocopy for your lucky draw instead.

Who can redeem rewards?
Anyone who has successfully registered with us and has earned enough Rewards Points to
redeem the intended product. To register click here.
How many points do I require to redeem a reward?
You may refer to the online catalog for the points required for various redemptions.
How can I redeem rewards?
Simply log in to our website and visit the redemption catalog. Make sure you have enough points and make your redemption.
You will receive an Abbott Redemption voucher within 2 to 3 weeks of your redemption.
You may use this voucher at selected supermarkets to collect your redemption.
When I make a redemption, will I receive a confirmation?
Your redemption record will be available online when you login.
How can I track my redemption activities?
You may check your Redemption History for your previous redemption records via the website.
Can I make multiple redemptions?
Yes, you will be able to make multiple transactions up to a maximum of 10 transactions a day.
Besides the current catalog rewards, will there be new rewards for the year?
Do look out for exciting new rewards available on the website.

Please update your profile via the Abbott Family Rewards website. It's important to update your particulars.
