How to place an order


The Abbott Family E-Store site uses a shopping cart approach. You simply browse an aisle for the product(s) you wish to order, enter the quantity you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to Checkout when finished. All billing and shipping information will be gathered once you select Checkout.


Important:  Don't use the back button on your browser while redeeming or shopping in the Abbott Family Rewards or E-Store site. It interferes with transaction processing. Please use the navigation buttons found on the screen to navigate between the aisles of the store.

  1. Review the product groupings.
  2. Enter the quantity you want of each item.
  3. Click on the ADD TO CART button to add individual products to your cart. You will notice a confirmation of your most recent cart addition above the product listings, and the quantity field will be reset to a blank value.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 as often as needed for other products.
  5. At any time, you can check your cart contents by clicking on the View Your Cart button.
  6. When you are finished selecting your products, click on the Checkout button.
  7. On the Checkout screen you can remove items from your cart or change the quantity. To change the quantity, enter a new amount in the quantity box.
  8. All shipments will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery charges of $20 will be applicable for orders below $200.
  9. As part of Abbott's policies to prevent bulk ordering for export purposes, we regret to inform you that transactions exceeding $500 will not be accepted.
  10. Click on the Proceed to Order button to continue to the Express Checkout screen.
  11. You will be asked to enter your ID and email if you are a repeat customer. Click on the Next button and you should see your billing information (except credit card information) in a pre-filled form. If you are a new customer, the form will not be pre-filled. You will need to fill in the form.
  12. At this point, you will be given an opportunity to join as an Abbott Family Rewards member allowing you to earn Rewards Points for purchasing Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products. If you are already a member, the system will automatically award points into your account.
  13. Click on the Proceed to Payment button and you will be redirected to the WorldPay secured payment screen. Visit http://www.worldpay.com/ for more information about WorldPay.
  14. Select VISA as your credit card type. Enter your credit card information and click Submit. Note: For security reasons, Abbott does not store your credit card information.
  15. You will receive an email confirmation of the order. Please print this for future reference regarding your order.

What are the shipping options?


Standard Orders
All Abbott Family E-Store orders will be delivered within 3 business days (Monday - Saturday excluding Public holidays and Sundays) after the date of order .

Note: If your delivery date falls on a Public Holiday or Sunday, your order will be delivered the following business day (2:00PM onwards).


How can I order products if I am not in Singapore?
This site only has the ability to sell products distributed in Singapore. Products sold outside of Singapore are marketed by our parent company, Abbott Laboratories. Abbott Laboratories has offices located worldwide to assist you. The office locations can be found at http://www.abbott.com/corporate/countries.html on our www.abbott.com website. Please feel free to contact the affiliate office directly regarding your international inquiry.


Can I ship to an address outside Singapore?
We are not able to ship product overseas.


Can I ship to a post office box?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.


How can I use my redemption vouchers?
Redemption vouchers cannot be used for internet orders at this time.


Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to more than one address per order at this time.


How do I return an order?
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please call 1800 277 6363 for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product. Please note we cannot handle store-purchased products.
The customer service representatives will need your order number, so have it ready when you call. Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.
Call 1800 277 6363 and our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Priority or next-day air shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Refunds may take 4 weeks to process.


Can I cancel an order?
Confirmed orders shall not be cancelled. Call 1800 277 6363 for further clarification on this.

What if I don't see an item listed?
Some items are not currently available in the Abbott Family E-Store. Only displayed products in our online catalog are available for online purchase.

If I buy through the E-Store, do I still need to send in my receipts?
If you have made your purchase online through our Abbott Family E-Store, your Rewards Points will automatically be credited into your Abbott Family Rewards account.
