Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on Tutti Fruitti Ice Cream


Eating ice cream on a hot day is a joy that we take for granted. A child who is allergic to cow’s milk or is lactose intolerant has to eliminate all cow’s milk and dairy products from his/her diet and this often includes ice cream. You can now make soy-licious ice cream using Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on for them!


Ingredients
  • 6 scoops of Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on Powder
  • 120ml cold water
  • 1 heapful tablespoon of canned mixed fruits, finely chopped or pureed
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar syrup (from canned mixed fruits) or 4 teaspoons of table sugar
Method
  1. Put the cold water in a glass and gradually add in the Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on powder while stirring. Mix until dissolved.
  2. Add in sugar syrup or table sugar. Mix until dissolved.
  3. Add in the finely chopped or pureed fruits.
  4. Pour the Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on ice cream mixture into 2 ice-cream maker moulds and cover with the lid.
  5. Leave in the freezer until the Isomil 2 Advance Soy Follow-on mixture is fully frozen.
  6. Place mould under running water for half a minute before removing.

    Makes 2 ice-cream sticks.
