Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 1 rounded teaspoon (1.5g) coffee granules (decaffeinated)
  • 200mL hot water*

Preparation

  • Place Glucerna SR™ powder in a coffee mug or glass
  • In a separate container or cup, dissolve coffee in hot water
  • Slowly add hot coffee mixture to cup containing Glucerna SR™ powder, stirring thoroughly with each addition

*To make Cold Cappuccino, simply dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons of hot water and add 150mL cold water before adding to Glucerna SR™ powder


Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 2 rounded tablespoon (10g) cocoa powder
  • 200mL water (room temperature) or milk (skim or low-fat)
  • Artificial sweetener

Preparation

  • Place Glucerna SR™ powder, cocoa powder, and artificial sweetener in a cup or glass
  • Slowly add water or milk to ingredients in cup, stirring constantly
  • Heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL

Glucerna SR Honey Dew Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 1 slice honey dew (300g)
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

  • Blend ice and honey dew with Glucerna SR™ powder

Green Apple Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 1 green apple (chopped)
  • 1/4 wedge of lemon (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend together with Glucerna SR™ powder

Green Tea Ice Cream (2 servings)

Ingredients

  • 5 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 2 tablespoon (3g) artificial sweetener (optional)
  • 200mL boiled, and cooled water
  • 1/4 tsp (0.7g) green tea powder

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add water, Glucerna SR™ powder and artificial sweetener. Mix well to dissolve the powder.
  • Add green tea powder and blend well with using a food processor or hand blender
  • Allow liquid to settle, chill in refrigerator until bubbles subside
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze
  • Once frozen, green tea ice cream are ready to serve
