Terms and Conditions

This redemption program is open to all residents of Singapore except for the employees of Abbott Laboratories (S) Pte Ltd, its associated agencies involved, distributors and trade retailers.
Accumulate $150 on Abbott's participating products to redeem $20 Abbott Reward Voucher and $250 on Abbott's participating products to redeem $40 Abbott Reward Voucher.
Only original printed receipts issued by selected Guardian stores will be accepted. Purchases must be made from 4^th March 2010 to 15^th April 2010.
Limited to redemption of $80 Abbott Reward Voucher per household.
Multiple entries are accepted but each entry must be accompanied by original receipts of accumulated nett purchases as proof of purchase made during the qualifying promotion period.
Abbott's participating products include Similac Follow-On, Gain, Gain Kid, Grow, Grow School, PediaSure, Isomil 2 Advance, Similac Mum, Ensure Life and Glucerna SR.
No redemptions will be processed after 30^th April 2010. Receipts/entry forms which are incomplete, illegible or tampered with will be disqualified.
Abbott Reward Vouchers can only be redeemed at selected Guardian stores and are not replaceable nor exchangeable for cash.
Receipts submitted for this program will not be eligible for the existing Abbott Family Rewards Points.
Vouchers can be used to redeem all flavours of the following Abbott's participating products – Similac Follow-On 900g, Gain 900g, Gain Kid 900g, Grow 3+ 1kg, Grow School 700g/1kg, PediaSure Complete 900g, Isomil 2 Advance 900g, Similac Mum 700g, Ensure Life 900g and Glucerna SR 900g.
The organizer may require participants to validate any information at any time during the promotion prior to being eligible to redeem the Abbott Reward Voucher.
