Stretch exercises and jogging: Brought back my flexibilty as pregnancy gave me stiff joints and aches.
Weight management programme: I think it helped me reduce fats, water retention and toned up my saggy skin while I lost the weight.

I simply keep busy around the house. As I am a homemaker and I don't employ a maid, I do my own housework. (1) maintaining a healthy balanced diet,
(2) regular yoga and
(3) exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months.
Before giving birth, I also ensure that I have a good balanced diet (not over-eating for 2) and practised regular pre-natal yoga, which I believe also helped in getting me back into shape quickly.
