	Key Responsibilities	Be responsible for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX, Proficy Batch server and Siemens S7 PLC, Building Management System to comply with the Site Safety procedures Support the equipment qualification including walk-down, IQ/OQ/PQ and commissioning during plant start-up phase Support Lean / Sigma continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the department
	Qualifications/Experience	Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation/ Chemical / Automation or equivalent discipline Minimum 5 years hands-on and new plant start-up experience in Pharmaceutical / Food / Petrochemical / Chemical plant Familiarity with Siemens S7 PLC programming, Proficy iFIX, Proficy Batch, Johnson Control BMS is essential for this position Able to perform rotating shift and a team player

	Senior/Microbiology Laboratory Analyst

	Key Responsibilities	Be responsible for performing microbiological testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products in a timely manner Carry out compositing function for raw material and finished product samples Perform and support environmental monitoring program Support sampling activities as required by the sampling plan Carry out media preparation and maintain laboratory inventory level to support testing activities Perform cleaning and sanitation of laboratory premises, equipment and glassware in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure Organize calibration and performance check on equipment and ensure all laboratory documentation is maintained, recorded and reported accurately Drive Lean / Sigma continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the department
