Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX, Proficy Batch server and Siemens S7 PLC, Building Management System to comply with the Site Safety procedures
  • Support the equipment qualification including walk-down, IQ/OQ/PQ and commissioning during plant start-up phase
  • Support Lean / Sigma continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the department


Qualifications/Experience

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation/ Chemical / Automation or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on and new plant start-up experience in Pharmaceutical / Food / Petrochemical / Chemical plant
  • Familiarity with Siemens S7 PLC programming, Proficy iFIX, Proficy Batch, Johnson Control BMS is essential for this position
  • Able to perform rotating shift and a team player
