Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Site Director and AMS in a professional manner, dealing proactively and courteously with all issues
  • Manage the Site Director’s schedule, ensuring his/ her time is managed efficiently and that he/ she remains contactable at all times
  • Maintain the confidentiality associated with the position, earning the trust of employees at all levels in the organization and dealing tactfully and discreetly with employee issues
  • Perform administrative duties for the Site Director, e.g. meeting administration, report preparation, filing and following up on issues in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate preparations for key plant visitors i.e. travel arrangements, plant tours and refreshments, etc.
  • Organize and co-ordinate plant functions (such as Monthly All Employee Meetings, Sunshine Committee activities) as requested by the Site Director
  • Negotiate competitive contract rates with hotels and car-hire firms and coordinate with corporate travel as appropriate
  • Assist Site Director with travel arrangements ensuring minimum disruption to work schedule
  • Provide advice to the Site Director with regard to communications and dealings within the plant and externally
  • Undertake tasks and projects assigned by the Site Director, in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the plant administrative function so that it is operating in a standardized manner


Qualifications/Experience

  • Diploma in Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-years experience in positions of increasing responsibilities
  • Excellent spoken and written English essential. Second language desirable
  • High level of computer literacy needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for General Ledger activities and month-end reporting
  • Managing SAP issues and identify process improvement areas within FI team, including SAP functionality enhancement and other improvement opportunities
  • Assist in financial audit and tax filing
  • Ensure full compliance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and Corporate Policies and Procedures
  • Develop and implement local financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in annual budget and LBE forecast
  • Responsible for General Ledger activities and month-end reporting
  • Tracking of financial performance KPIs
  • Create and update master data information for SAP GL accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers as well as Corporate Reporting (D.1.1) mapping
  • Prepare timely financial reporting such as Monthly Management Report, Cost Centre Reporting, Financial Statements, Converted Audit Report and Variance Analysis
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Entity Financial P&L and Balance Sheet and Government Statistics Reports
  • Ensure good working relationship is maintained among members of the team, as well as with external parties such as auditors, tax adviser and other Affiliates


Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Accounting Qualification recognised by ICPAS
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in MNC or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Excel
  • A broad understanding of Financial Accounting including month-end and year-end closing, and submission of Company Accounts to Autditos and Tax Consultants

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial modeling and analysis for Plan/Update/LBE/LRP and Packaging Material
  • Assist in setting standard cost and estimates for Finished Goods, WIP, Rework, Raw Material and Packaging Material
  • Prepared detailed budget analysis by cost centre and expense for loading into SAP system
  • Analyse SRV, PPV – Exchange, PPV – Others and other variances
  • Assist in inventory accounts reconciliation to G/L for each month end
  • Assist in inventory stock-take and reconciliation
  • Provide support to SAP CO system set-up and constantly review and make recommendation for improvement
  • Ensure all financial and management reports are prepared accurately and submitted timely
  • Ensure good working relationship is maintained with Finance Team, auditors and corporate office
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management Accounting Manager
  • Backup for Management Accounting Manager when necessary


Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in MNC or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP Cost Controlling and strong in financial modeling (MS Excel) and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in inventory management and product costing
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to details
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent communications skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group IT Manager for Asia, he or she will:
  • Lead and manage the IT team in providing support as first point of contact for software and hardware on Local Area Network (LAN), as well as WAN, Notes, File and Print and limited Applications support for other Abbott divisions located in Singapore.
  • Ensure the maximum availability of the Plant critical IT systems such as SAP, OSIsoft PI, LIMS, and provision of IT infrastructure services such as desktop applications, local and/ or wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
  • Develop strategic recommendations regarding systems enhancement, compliance with corporate, divisional and plant policies, procedures, keeping abreast of developments and forecast future trends in the areas of hardware and software technology.
  • Assess manufacturing IT needs and propose capital and expense budget line items to address these needs.
  • Provide solution for Information Systems Problems and information flow through Business Excellence.
  • Drive Lean / Sigma continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the department


Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • At least 10 - 15 years of IT experience in which the past 5 years must be in management role
  • Experience with manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical or nutritional healthcare industry will be preferred
  • Possess broad base experience in Software Quality and Project Management
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and managerial skills with sound technical judgment
  • Aptitude to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the Abbott worldwide organizations

Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical / Food / Petrochemical / Chemical Plant
  • Strong technical experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building facility and utility systems, including instrumentation & controls, process automation.
  • Good knowledge and operational experience of facilities and utilities in cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced with administration and management of change of any building facility and utility systems, in qualification and validation process.
  • Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and cGMP are essential to succeed this position

  • Execute work orders and record jobs performed via MAXIMO system
  • Responsible for writing Job Aids and support Engineer in SOP writing, CCA or ER investigation
  • Manage and lead contractors, vendors and service providers to perform plant maintenance works
  • Support Lean/Sigma continuous improvement projects/initiatives within the Department


Qualifications/Experience

  • Diploma / ITC / NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation / Chemical / Automation or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on technical experience in Food / Pham / Chemical / Petrochemical Plant.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Management System and utility operations
  • Team-player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Prepared to perform shift work when required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Business Excellent tool such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban will be an added advantage
