If you purchase online from Abbott's E-Store, we'll automatically credit your Rewards Points so that you won't need to send in your purchase receipts to earn those points. We'll even deliver your orders directly to you for even more convenience!

Make sure you are a member of Abbott Family Rewards. If you are not, click here to sign up.

Remember to save the original receipt as proof of purchase. Write your name, IC no. and contact no. on the back of your original receipt and mail it back to us.

How to redeem points:
Once you've collected enough points, you're ready to redeem them for Abbott products. It's this simple: |

Login to Abbott Family Rewards. |
2. |
Refer to the redemption table to find out how many points are required to redeem your preferred product. |
3. |
Indicate which Abbott product you wish to redeem, we’ll mail you a voucher which entitles you to redeem the corresponding product. |
4. |
Visit our selected retailers and present the voucher to receive your free Abbott product.
